Bio: Jerry Atkins is a native of Grand Island, NE. After serving our country in the the US Army, Jerry began his career with Missouri Valley Construction in Grand Island. He founded JIL in 1985. Jerry specializes in asphalt laydown and bidding.

Ronald Baldwin
Bio: Ronald Baldwin is a native of Grand Island, NE. Ron graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BS in Construction Engineering. After a brief career with Peter Kiewit Construction in South Dakota, Ron returned to Grand Island and founded JIL with his cousin, Jerry in 1987. Ron specializes in dirt preperation and asphalt plant operations.
